You are invited to a special event on Saturday afternoon 11th July 2026, 2pm-4pm to welcome the Forhad Hossain, the Executive Director of LEEDO our partner organisation working with children surviving on the streets of Dhaka, to the UK.

The event will be held at the Hason Raja Community Centre, 117 Vallance Road  London E1 5BW (Whitechapel/ Bethnal Green) from 2pm-4pm.

The programme will include:

• Film screening of the award-winning documentary Where the Kids Have No Name (Director: Jamillah van der Hulst), based on the work of LEEDO
• Young people from LEEDO and London talking about how sport has transformed their lives
• Launch of our Make a Difference Sports Fund supporting involvement by children surviving on the streets in sport with invited guests.
• Light refreshments.
• Sale of artworks and Bangladeshi textiles.
