Following a successful public fundraising campaign, Bok Bok Books and the Friends of Street Children Bangladesh would like to invite you to the UK book launch of The Street is Not a Home, a compilation of stories co-produced with the street children of Dhaka in Bangladesh.

On the day we will hear from keynote speakers, a panel discussion with a live link to the Peace Home in Dhaka and a chance to get your book signed by the author and illustrator. You can purchase a copy of the book and limited edition prints of the illustrations – all profits go towards educational projects for the street children.

The book launch is by invite only and is taking place on:

Saturday 20th May 2023 from 2.30pm-4.30pm

at the Hason Raja Centre, 117 Vallance Rd, Whitechapel, London E1 5BW 

(Nearest stations: Whitechapel or Bethnal Green overground station (7 minutes walk)
